We are delighted to announce the launch of our Reserve
and Reward Programme at
The River Lee Hotel.
How does it work?
The Reserve and Reward Programme offers a
€1 shopping voucher for every room night booked at
The River Lee Hotel from 21st May 2010 to
31st December 2010. You can choose your voucher from a
selection of high street shops including Marks & Spencer,
Debenhams, Next, H&M and Boots. Spend it on yourself…or someone
special!
How do I sign up?
To enrol in our Reserve and Reward Programme,
please email the following details to Reserveandreward@doylecollection.com
- Your company name
- Your contact name, email address and telephone
number
- Projected room nights booked in Cork per annum
How can I redeem my points?
When you wish to redeem your points, complete our Voucher
Claim Form specifying your shopping voucher preference and
amount required, scan it and send it to our sales team at The
River Lee Hotel or fax it to us on +353 (0)21 4274477. Upon
verification, we will issue you with your vouchers within ten
working days.
Terms and Conditions
Our Reserve and Reward Programme is valid for all room bookings
completed between 21st May 2010 – 31st
December 2010. Bookers will receive a €1 voucher per actualised
room night booked. Shopping vouchers will be issued upon
verification of your request / complete payment of your booking.
Vouchers can only be issued in multiples of €5. Please ensure that
you check your own company regulations regarding receipt of
gifts/products etc. Points can not be backdated.
