have access to the new concierge level, which features studio and
luxury suites, as well as the two-storey Presidential Suite,
complete with fireplace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three
living areas. The 900-square-foot private Level Nine living room
features a fireplace and glass balcony overlooking Dupont
Circle. Guest suites feature 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows,
glass balconies, outdoor terraces, hardwood floors and furniture
