The Ballymaloe Festival of Food celebrates Irish food, seasonal cooking and the people behind it. Held on the grounds of Ballymaloe House Hotel in East Cork, part of Ireland’s Ancient East, it brings chefs, producers and cooks together to explore food’s journey from farm to fork in a relaxed setting.
