Today, alongside a world-class events programme, The Royal Society of Literature support authors both established and emerging with awards and grants, as well as managing a Schools Outreach programme to inspire the next generation of readers and writers.

2020 sees the opening of the new stage musical The Prince of Egypt.

The Royal Opera

The Royal Opera House

Located just 10 minutes’ walk from The Bloomsbury, the Royal Opera House is home to The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet. Based in the iconic Covent Garden theatre, it is renowned for its outstanding performances of traditional opera and for commissioning new works by today’s leading composers and choreographers.
