Our People
The Doyle Collection is a multicultural team of 1,400 people
working across six cities in Ireland, the UK
and the US. All of our employees participate in the
Proud Induction and Proud Customer Service Training when
they join the company. The Proud Programme continues
throughout our employees' careers with The Doyle Collection, and
provides the foundation for the training and development
instrumental to the consistent delivery of expert service
across our group. At the heart of the Proud Programme is our basic
philosophy, known as the Proud Values:
