websites
General terms and conditions
All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All
special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and
may be subject to a minimum night stay.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all
information, The Doyle Collection does not accept liability
for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change
information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.
Online bookings
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation
policies in relation to all online bookings via all Doyle
Collection branded websites may apply depending on the hotel and
room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate
details that are provided before you make your online booking. You
are advised to check through the rate details before making your
online reservation. Please note that service charges (if
applicable) may differ depending on hotel and region.
Once your booking is made, you will receive an on screen
confirmation reference number. It is recommended you keep a
note of this number. You will also receive an e-mail
including this reference number and your reservation details.
You can also choose to receive the reference number straight to
your mobile phone if you select this option during the booking
process.
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will
need the aforementioned confirmation reference number as well as
the email address used to make the reservation.
Corporate Online
Corporate Online is only available to Corporate Clients who have
already passed a credit check with The Doyle Collection and who
therefore have credit facilities set up. All reservations are
assumed to be on a payment on departure basis unless otherwise
stated by the person making the booking in box provided on the
reservation screen. All billing instructions provided for a
reservation will be deemed to be correct and final unless otherwise
advised in writing by the booker. In line with The Doyle
Collection’s credit handling procedures, separate written
authorisation is still required for bill-back and third party
credit card charges on all bookings made via the Corporate Online
section of the website.
The hotel reservation team will contact all bookers to request
any required documentation. Reservations are not guaranteed until
this has been received by the hotel.
Login usernames and passwords will be issued by Doyle Collection
Sales Managers to Corporate Clients and thereafter that Client is
responsible for security and proper use of the account. Doyle
Collection Hotels reserve the right to temporarily or permanently
withdraw login ability with immediate effect from a Corporate
Client.
VAT
Reservations are subject to prevailing Vat rates applicable during
the provision of the service. Therefore, if the prevailing Vat rate
changes the costs of the services provided during the stay will be
subject to the greater or lesser Vat rate as
applicable.
Non Performance
If for any reason beyond the hotel's reasonable control, including
but not limited to strikes; labour disputes; acts, regulations or
orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts
of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions;
any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel; the
hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement,
such non-performance is excused and such party may terminate this
agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event
shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages of any nature
for any reason whatsoever.
Pricing errors
The company and The Doyle Collection reserves the right to cancel
contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in
relation to price or service.
Guaranteed reservations
Unless you are booking a non-cancellable rate (Advance Purchase or
Last Minute Rate), your credit card details are taken at the time
of booking for guarantee purposes only. By securing your
online reservation with a credit card, your room is guaranteed
until midnight on the day of arrival, after which the room is
released and may be resold. All reservations made on www.doylecollection.com must
be guaranteed to a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Diners). In the case of a no show, your credit card
will be charged for one night's accommodation.
The AAA Rate at The Dupont Circle Hotel and The
Normandy Hotel is available to AAA and
CAA members only. A valid membership card is
required upon check-in or the Best Available Rate will apply. The
Government Rate at The Dupont Circle Hotel
and The Normandy Hotel is available to Federal Government
employees only. Valid Government ID is required upon
check-in or the Best Available Rate will apply. These rates are
subject to availability and do not include tax.
Advance Purchase Rate
When booking an Advance Purchase Rate your credit card will be
charged for the entire stay at the time of booking and the cost is
completely non-refundable. A cancellation or change will
result in the forfeiture of the reservation cost.
Packages
Our Stay Longer and Stay Lazy
packages are available on weekends (Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun) and
the Stay For Breakfast package is available midweek
(Mon-Wed). All packages are available at any Doyle Collection
Hotel, subject to promotional room availability. Stay Lazy
room credit is offered in the hotel’s local currency and can only
be used for food and wine in our restaurants. Stay Lazy room credit
cannot be used to discount room rate. Stay Lazy room credit is not
cash redeemable. One €25/£25 credit per stay. No refund
will be applied against unused Stay Lazy room credit. Stay Lazy
bookings in The Normandy Hotel will be given a $25 voucher
reduction on their next stay in The Normandy Hotel.
If you book a Stay Longer package and check out early, you will
be charged for the full stay.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by us within the cancellation period
indicated on the reservation confirmation. If cancellation is
not received by the required date, the hotel will charge one
night's accommodation. Please note that some rates (e.g.
Advance Purchase and Last Minute Rates) are non-refundable and in
the event of a no show, the full charge of the booking is taken
from your credit card.
Child Policy
2 children under 12 may share free with two adults at the following
hotels: The
River Lee Hotel, The
Bristol Hotel, The
Croke Park Hotel, The
Westbury Hotel, The Dupont Circle Hotel and The
Normandy Hotel.
1 child under 12 may share free with 2 adults at the following
hotels: The
Kensington Hotel, The
Marylebone Hotel and The Bloomsbury
Hotel. Please note: Charges will apply for extra beds.
Promotions and offers
Please note that all promotional offers are subject to specific
terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific
webpage. All special offers are subject to availability.

the consumer in determining the availability and booking of a hotel
reservation. Apart from printing information in connection with
your travel, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell,
resell or otherwise exploit the websites listed above unless we
provide you with prior written permission to do so.
Eligibility of use
Use of doylecollection.com and all Doyle Collection branded
websites is restricted to people over the age of 18 who can enter
into binding contracts.
Passwords
You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your own password and account
for all activities that occur under your account.
Links to third party websites
Links that feature on doylecollection.com are links to other sites
that we believe may be of interest to you. By providing these links
we are not endorsing or recommending such sites or the services or
material provided by them. We therefore accept no responsibility
for the materials, services or other situations at or related to or
from any other website.
Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of Ireland.
