Your trick or treating years might be behind you, but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate Halloween. Get yourself to Balfes, and treat yourself to some stylishly seasonal indulgences.

The ultra chic bar & brasserie has embraced the season with some comforting, warming specials, available only this weekend. If you’re feeling the chill of the autumn air, then the Spiced Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Soup is the perfect choice. Served with chestnut brisures and toasted pumpkin seeds, the perfectly seasonal soup also comes with hunks of chili bread, all for just €7.

If you’re hankering for a cocktail, then there are two delectable tipples that will get you in the Halloween spirit. The Devil’s Hoof, priced at €10.50, is a signature cocktail of Gin, Limoncello, Lemon Bitters, Basil and Mint muddled, shaken and served over crushed ice.

You won’t find a greater blend of Halloween flavours than those in the Autumn Daiquiri.  8 year old rum is fused with vibrant clementine juice, sweetened with a dark hue of maple syrup and served martini style with grated cinnamon stick, priced at €10.50.

Whatever you go for, opt for a seat outside on the heated terrace, where you can snuggle up under a Herringbone Irish wool blankets and watch the world go by.

These specials are available until Monday 2nd November.
