Not only are you guaranteed delicious dishes and beautifully presented cocktails, the restaurant will be welcoming new signature dishes to both it’s a la carte and day menu, making a future reservation all the more tempting.


With a wave of foodie favourites making their way onto the menus of The Doyle Collection’s restaurants and bars this Summer, the new menu celebrates global cuisines, with each dish sourced locally and drawing its inspiration for the varied flavours from multiple destinations around the world.  Expect your taste buds to experience a rush of taste, with Summer Salad of Asparagus with New Potatoes and Whole Dover Soleas part of a daily changing Market Fish of the Day.


Not to forget the often most highly-anticipated course of the night, the new dessert menu will now pair a delectable choice of opulent wines with Town House’s sweet treats, completely curated by the hotels Master of Wine. On the plate of choice is Vanilla Crème Brûléewith Raspberriesto be served with Riesling; Chocolate and Coconut Panna Cotta with Honeycomb enjoyed alongside a 10-year aged Malvasia, Vinhos Barbeito from Madeira Portugal to name a few.


Indulge even further, as Town House will also now give its guests the option to enjoy an impressive selection of Champagnes, served on their lavish Perrier- Jouët Champagne Trolley or a choice of four others which are available by glass in the hotels elegant Drawing Room.
