Introducing The Salon at 108 Brasserie, The Marylebone

Visit 108 Brasserie’s newest dining destination for eclectic design and fresh, seasonal dishes

Set in the heart of Marylebone Village, 108 Brasserie recently unveiled its newest dining destination: The Salon. A luxurious and tranquil spot to sit back and relax, the restaurant is taking bookings now and provides a chic, contemporary drinking and dining area to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Salon

Masterminded by The Doyle Collection design team, the space will be complete with vibrant turquoise walls and velvet cushions that complement the stunning wallpaper wrap created by Cole and Son. Drawing influence from the striking style seen throughout 19th century St. Petersburg, The Salon will combine luxurious furniture with a seductive colour palette to beautiful effect.

The Salon 1

Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and private dining, this new destination will present the globally-inspired seasonal dishes of 108 Brasserie, alongside a range of beverages.

The a la carte menu, created by Executive Chef Russell Ford, focuses on light, fresh and healthy dishes – including Grilled Organic Salmon with herb butter and lemon, and Grass Fed Hereford Fillet Steak, served with a selection of sauces – while the new menu will focus on a truly decadent dining experience for guests to enjoy, including delicacies such as oysters and caviar.

The Salon 2

The menu will be complemented by an impressive list of wines and cocktails, with Champagne and English sparkling wine taking centre stage. A Martini table service, using the bespoke 108 Gin that is distilled in-house, can be enjoyed by guests to the make the experience all the more special.

The Salon is open now for bookings. Please visit the website (link here) or email XXX to make a reservation.
