Marylebone Hotel can now enjoy a full range of state-of-the-art
facilities available at The Third Space Marylebone Health Club,
Pool and Spa.
Prepare to pump some iron courtesy of the very best exercise
facilities, equipment and training in the capital as The Third
Space put you through your paces with a wide range of apparatus
catering for all aspects of cardiovascular and weight training.
Guests can get to grips with a full array of cutting edge
Technogym equipment and Matrix pin-loaded weight machines or get
physical in the gym’s spin area, dedicated free weights studio,
stretch area and Powerplate Zone. Alternatively get some expert
guidance with a wide range of classes from cardio to combat,
conditioning, cycling, dance, Pilates and yoga.
Alternatively, old school fitness fanatics can enjoy a blast
from the past in the Retro Gym; complete with climbing ropes,
gymnastic rings, beams, bars, and stairs.
Alongside the 18 metre ozone-treated swimming pool, changing
facilities, sauna, steam room and exercise studios, and Xen-tan
spray tan booth, guests can relax in The Third Space’s very first

Guests of the hotel can use the gym from:
6.30am to 10.30pm* - Monday to Friday
8.00am
to 7.30pm* - Saturdays, Sundays and Bank
Holidays
Children between the ages of 5 and 17 are allowed access the
swimming pool and changing rooms at the following times:
3.30pm - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
10.30am -
12.00pm and 3.30pm - 5.00pm Saturdays, Sundays
Please note that children under 5 are
not permitted in the swimming pool.
All children must be accompanied in the water by a
responsible adult at all times
*Entrance to the Club is half an hour
before closing time
