Brunch in the Royal Borough has always been a glamorous occasion, but the options have just got even better with Town House’s new brunch menu. The menu has been created by The Kensington’s internationally acclaimed Head Chef, Steve Gibbs and is expected to transform Town House into Kensington’s hottest new brunching spot.

How do you brunch?
With relaxed elegance and menu options ranging from healthy to ultra indulgent, there is something for everyone on the Town House brunch menu. Poached or scrambled? Green juice or double espresso? We take a look at some of the new options…

For the Insta-Foodie
The Instagram food photography craze is sweeping the capital, and brunch is the most photographed dish of all! For a perfectly Instagram-worthy dish, go for one of the classics and choose from Eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale. For a trendy twist, add a side of crispy onion rings or grilled corn on the cob with feta and chili.

An Indulgent Affair
For a truly indulgent affair, start your brunch with a Bellini Royal followed by French toast with berry compote and crème fraîche. Alternatively, try the mouth-watering pancakes served with crispy bacon and maple syrup. Those looking for something a little more hearty should try the Josper grilled rib eye steak with two fried eggs and HP sauce.

Lighter Options
From homemade-granola with coconut yoghurt and manuka honey to mushrooms on toast, the new Town House brunch menu also offers a collection of lighter options which are equally as appetizing. In keeping with The Doyle Collection’s Irish roots, smoked haddock served with potato cake and lemon is another star on the menu.

Keeping it Clean
Keep it clean with a nourishing superfood egg white omelette with chia seeds and spinach and add a side of steamed kale for an extra vitamin kick. An expertly-crafted selection of freshly pressed juices are also available from The Juicery.

Making a Toast
Adding one of the specially crafted brunch cocktails is a sure-fire to make your morning feast extra memorable. If you’ve had a late one the night before and need a helping hand, opt for the Bloody Maria brunch cocktail of tequila, tomato & lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
