Now that winter is upon us, it’s time to change up our tipples. Gone are the days of ice-cold mojitos and frosty glasses of rosé – winter is the time for cosying up under a blanket with a nice, comforting cocktail. And the Terrace on the Weir is the perfect place to do so, particularly now, while it’s transformed into a beautiful winter wonderland. Nothing beats Baileys, especially in the run up to Christmas. This one is served with delicious white chocolate buttons.

The Nutty Dub Jameson

The festive season wouldn’t be the same without whiskey and spices, and this cocktail comes with shaved fresh nutmeg. 

Weir’s Chocolate Orange Cointreau

Another Christmas favourite, the chocolate orange combo in this cocktail is a festive dream, and comes served with Cadbury Flake and orange shavings.

The kind of drink that captures the feeling of being cosy at the fireside, this warming cocktail comes with demerara sugar.
