The list celebrates organisations across the country that create exceptional workplace cultures, and we are proud to be included among the leading companies in the Large & Super Large size category.

Recognition on this prestigious list is based on the results of the Trust Index employee survey, where organisations across retail, hospitality, and leisure were assessed on how they support their employees’ work-life balance, wellbeing, and overall job satisfaction.

The sector-wide analysis highlighted that 75% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces for Retail, Hospitality & Leisure say that they aspire to work for the company “for a long time,” compared to just 56% at a typical company in this sector.

This reinforces the importance of fostering a culture where people feel connected, supported, and motivated to do their best work.
