This prestigious honour evaluates hospitality organisations across Ireland that demonstrate excellence in a range of topics like workplace culture, employee engagement and leadership.

Over 8,000 hospitality employees across the country were invited to share their workplace experiences. From this comprehensive survey, Great Place to Work® recognised 38 organisations – The Doyle Collection included – as setting the standard for employee satisfaction and organizational culture within their industry.

In hospitality, exceptional guest experiences are deeply connected to high levels of employee engagement. According to the data, over 80% of employees at top-performing hotels describe their workplace as “great,” compared to just 50% in the average hospitality setting.
