The Doyle Collection has been officially recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for 2026, following an independent assessment by Great Place to Work Ireland. The announcement was made at the 24th annual Great Place to Work Awards in Dublin on 25 February 2026.

This recognition is based entirely on confidential feedback from colleagues across the organisation, gathered through Great Place to Work’s established Trust Survey. The process evaluates levels of trust, pride and camaraderie within the workplace, providing an independent reflection of employee experience across the business.

For The Doyle Collection, this affirms a long-held belief that hospitality begins with the people who deliver it. Across our hotels, teams are supported through strong leadership, meaningful development opportunities and a culture shaped by collaboration, inclusion and wellbeing.

Alan Smullen, Head of People at The Doyle Collection, commented:

“We are incredibly proud to once again be recognised among Ireland’s Best Workplaces. This achievement reflects the genuine warmth, care and commitment shown by our teams across The Doyle Collection every single day. Creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered is central to who we are, and this recognition reinforces our commitment to the idea that a high trust culture leads to improved business performance.

“I want to thank every colleague across the business. Your dedication is what makes The Doyle Collection such a truly special place to work.”

Congratulation this year’s recipients, Jim Flynn, CEO of Great Place to Work Ireland, said:

“I am delighted to congratulate the 120 organisations recognised as Best Workplaces in Ireland 2026. This recognition acknowledges the consistent effort these organisations put into creating engaging, high performing workplaces where people feel valued. Being named a Best Workplace is a huge accomplishment, underpinned by trusted leadership, a clear commitment to people, and a genuine focus on sustainable “organisational success. I commend each organisation on this well-earned honour.”

While the award recognises organisational standards, its significance is most keenly felt within each hotel and every team. It reflects daily care, shared purpose and a belief that when colleagues feel respected and supported, that energy naturally carries through to the guest experience.

As The Doyle Collection looks ahead, this recognition reinforces an ongoing commitment to cultivating a high trust culture across Ireland and beyond, ensuring that our hotels remain not only distinctive places to stay, but also meaningful places to build a career.
