Suite dreams, The Doyle Collection's best London rooms

Luxury travel

The Doyle Collection has created a series of beautiful short videos to show you what it's like to stay in our wonderful London suites from the point of view of two people, including (spoiler alert) a bit of a holiday romance....

Read on to see which of our suites would suit you and watch the videos as the romance unfolds!

Studio Suite, The Bloomsbury

Studio Suite

The first thing that will strike you about the Studio Suite at The Bloomsbury is space – especially in a city where this is a premium. The luxuriously designed bedroom has more than enough square footage to make this is a comfortable base for business trips or add a tepee and turn your family holiday to London into a very glamorous camping trip.

The suite is decked out in plush, dense arm chairs, an enormous bed and a desk that will make you feel like a wolf of Wall Street. You’ll find all the mod cons, from flat-screens and free Wi-Fi, to iPod docking stations and Nespresso machines. But it’s the marble-clad bathroom that’s the real piece de resistance in this suite; sink into the deep roll-top bath with a glass of Champagne in hand and the flat screen tuned to your favourite channel at the end of a long day.

Terrace Suites, The Marylebone

Marylebone terrace - suite 1200 x 555

A stay in The Marylebone’s Terrace Suites starts by climbing a winding staircase up to a sprawling loft-style apartment overlooking London’s rooftops. While the vista is certainly one of the defining features, it’s the outdoor sitting room that will really take your breath away. Sofas, a fireplace and retractable roof make this space quite extraordinary, however the inside also comes with an abundance of extras and beautiful decorative features.

Recently given a new look, the room is decked out in furniture from the likes of Starck, B&B Italia and Porta Romana. No detail has been left out; you’ll find a hidden dressing area in one of the cupboards, fresh fruit delivered daily to mix up in your juicer and chocolates, Champagne and fresh flowers greet you on arrival. There are three Terrace Suites in total, all of which interconnect, making this a fantastic home from home for large families or a venue for intimate events.

The Knightsbridge Suite, The Kensington

The Knightsbridge Suite

The hotel features two signature suites, The Brompton (bathroom pictured below) and The Knightsbridge. In The Knightsbridge, pictured here, your VIP treatment begins before you even arrive at the hotel with a London airport pick up from our chauffeur, a personalised in-room check-in and dedicated guest liaison contact. Once inside the suite, you’ll be blown away by the smart period-style living room, roaring fire and arm chairs; decorated like a London home, it is ideal for discreet meetings or a very special stay.

A beautiful bedroom connects via closing doors, where a king-sized bed and large marble bathroom with underfloor heating, a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower take pride of place. And the complimentary mini-bar is just the icing on an already pretty fabulous cake.
