Green Tourism, or eco friendly tourism, is key to our collection of luxury hotels. We pride ourselves on being award-winning sustainable hotels, achieving the highest accolades from Green Tourism. We want to play our part in making travel and hospitality greener for a sustainable future.
Single Use Plastic
We are committed to reducing and eventually eliminating all single use plastic from our luxury hotels.
Food & Beverage
The Doyle Collection is proud to work with some of the best local farmers, producers, artisans and makers who appear on our regionally sourced menus. We are constantly updating and searching for the best food and drink suppliers, many of which come from a 50 mile radius of each hotel.
Communication
We strive to be transparent about our sustainability journey, and have built strong communication channels across our teams, via guest feedback and with our corporate partners so that we can listen, learn and act on sustainable initiatives and best practice.
Energy Usage
The Doyle Collection has already hit some goals in our energy usage. We are the only luxury hotel collection in the UK to run on renewables, and we are trying to replicate that across the entire group. It is important to us that being sustainable isn’t a trend, it drives our approach to every aspect of our business.
