You may make you reservations by phone, email or via GDS.
In order for us to ensure VIP treatment for your clients, please be sure to mention the circle on phone/ email reservations.
For GDS reservations, please make sure you have The Circle rates loaded in to your GDS system.

Reward types are subject to minimum spend thresholds over a calendar year. These are detailed as follows;

Terms and Conditions
- Valid for all room reservations booked and stayed within the calendar year (for example, from 1st January to 31st December) except Cozy Rooms
- Agent rewards do not apply to past bookings made before 1st January 2015
- Rewards are offered to each agent/booker based on their individual room revenue production, and not the production of their company at large
- Agent rewards apply to Room Revenue only and excludes all VAT and taxes
- Room revenue must meet the revenue threshold to qualify for each reward tier
- It is the responsibility of the agent to ensure that their company policy allows them to participate
- It is the responsibility of the agent to provide proof of their reservations/booked stays in order to receive Doyle Collection Rewards
- Only bookings made directly with the hotel, either through GDS, our reservations and sales team, and our partners at Celebrated Experiences, are valid for the Rewards Scheme.
- Bookings made through any third party or managed by any third party are not applicable
- Rewards may be claimed following verification of annual bookings
- The Doyle Collection reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion without prior notice
