Summer breaks in London just got even more photogenic with The Kensington’s ‘Explore London by Bike’ package. Back by popular demand for a second year, this picture perfect package allows guest to explore London by Pashley bike.
Enjoy a slice of the city and venture to London’s most popular parks and gardens on a selection of beautiful custom designed bikes. Guests will start their day with an inclusive a la carte breakfast, before setting off on their bikes with a delicious picnic specially created by Steve Gibbs, Executive Chef of Town House.
Picnic menu highlights include a summery selection of freshly cut sandwiches, savory bites and pastries and a refreshing chopped Mediterranean salad with feta and pomegranate. It also includes picnic classics such as British cheddar with oatcakes and chutney, an indulgent assortment of cakes and summer deserts and Devonshire scones with al the trimmings. It also comes equipped with a bottle of Nyetimber sparkling wine and all the picnic essentials including a rug, cutlery, glasses and condiments.
Pashley bikes are England’s longest established cycle manufacturer, and all bikes at The Kensington have been custom designed and hand built. They also come with a handy wicker basket for your picnic, blanket and belongings.
Choose from one of London’s many cycling routes or simply spend the day cycling through the pathways of Hyde Park and the leafy avenues of Kensington. The famous V&A Museum, Natural History Museum and Science Museum can all be reached in less than 5 minutes by bike.
