Gender Pay Gap Report 2022
The Doyle Collection is an equal opportunities employer and strives to create a positive, inclusive, and diverse environment for all employees. The gender pay gap is calculated by taking the hourly rate of all female and the hourly rate of all male employees, calculating the mean and the median hourly rate and the percentage gap between the results. These results below represent employees in Ireland only.

The Doyle Collection’s mean gender pay gap is influenced by a majority female representation in operational roles across the business and by a slight majority in male representation in our senior leadership team.
In line with our equal opportunities ethos, male and female applicants are considered for all roles and subject to appropriate applicants, we will endeavour to increase the number of females in senior leadership roles.
