Reserve and Reward is our way of saying thank you for choosing to work with the Doyle Collection and for the opportunity to take care of your colleagues.

It is an uncomplicated programme designed to reward you for business placed at the hotels at which you have signed up to the R&R programme - efficiently and in ways that you are sure to enjoy.

HOW RESERVE AND REWARD WORKS

Bedrooms

  • One point will be awarded for every room night booked and consumed at your contracted rates. 
  • One room night = One Reserve & Reward point (£1) – London and The Bristol
  • One room night = One Reserve & Reward point (€1) – The Westbury, The Croke Park, The River Lee 

Meetings & Events

The Kensington, The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury

For meeting and event bookings to a maximum value of £10,000, 5 points will be awarded for every £100 spent on room hire, accommodation and pre-booked meals

The Bristol

For meeting and event bookings to a maximum value of £10,000, 10 points will be awarded for every £1000 spent on room hire, accommodation and pre-booked meals

The Westbury

For meeting and event bookings to a maximum value of €10,000, 5 points will be awarded for every €100 spent on room hire, accommodation and pre-booked meals

The River Lee

For meeting and event bookings to a maximum value of €10,000, 10 points will be awarded for every €1000 spent on room hire, accommodation and pre-booked meals

The Croke Park  

For meeting and event bookings to a maximum value of €10,000, 1 point will be awarded for every €100 spent on room hire, accommodation and pre-booked meals.

REDEMPTIONS

Points may be redeemed against the individual hotel programmes in which you are a member.  

Redemption Options include;

Hotels

  • Luxury Stay
  • Sumptuous Afternoon Tea (where available)
  • Delicious lunch or dinner

Shopping

A variety of stores (Ireland and UK), a luxurious range – something for everyone

Charity

You can donate the value of your redemption, in the name of your company, to the charity of your choice.
To redeem your Reserve and Reward points, all you have to do is complete our claim form detailing booking information and send it to your Account Manager.  This form will be sent on email to you once you sign up.

We will verify the details and issue a statement to you.  Vouchers if requested will be issued within ten working days.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • It is the responsibility of each programme member to follow his/her company policy regarding participation.
  • Members must track all bookings made within the period January 1st to December 31st 2020.
  • Not available in conjunction with any other rewards offer.
  • Points will be redeemed on paid accounts following verification of claim.
  • Points may only be accrued from the time membership is confirmed at individual hotels.
  • The Reserve and Reward programme is individual to each hotel as are redemption terms.
  • Collective cross-hotel point redemption is not possible at this time.
  • Points earned within the period Jan 01 – Dec 31st, 2020 must be redeemed by June 30th, 2021.
  • Bookings from 2019 must be claimed for by 30th June 2020. 
  • Only bookings made directly (via telephone, email or website) with the hotel are valid for Reserve & Reward Points.
  • Bookings made through any third party or managed by any third party are not applicable.
  • The Doyle Collection reserves the right to amend this programme.
