Designed by world-renowned Martin Brudnizki, The Pembroke is complemented by a seasonal outdoor terrace and features an edifying blend of cream-paneled walls adorned with playful artwork, plush salmon-colored leather sofas and beautiful marble tabletops.
At its center is the beautifully-appointed marble bar, a classic cocktail bar reminiscent of the 1950s, serving a range of spirits and the finest wines. The Contemporary American Cuisine menu is prepared with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The venue is open for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner.
