Getting to and from The River Lee is straightforward thanks to the hotel’s connections to main transport hubs. Our central location on Western Road allows for quick and convenient access to the train station, bus station and Airport.

 

Cork Airport

A car journey from Cork airport to the hotel is as quick as 20 minutes via the N27.

Buses run regularly from the airport to Cork City Centre. The 226 will transport you to the main bus station, Parnell Bus Station, and from there, you can catch bus service 205 which runs along Western Road, leaving you close to the hotel.

 

Parnell Bus Station

Parnell Bus Station is the main city centre bus station. Board bus service 205 and you can get off on Western Road, close to the hotel.

 

Kent Railway Station

Kent station, Cork's main railway station is 10 minutes away from Parnell Bus Station, and you can catch bus line 205 and get off close to the hotel on Western Road near The River Lee hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the train station and this will get you to the hotel in approximately 10 minutes.
