Does the hotel provide early check-in?
Check in is from 15:00, we cannot guarantee check in before this. If there is a room ready prior to this time we will accommodate early check in.
Does the hotel provide late check-out?
Yes, Late check-out is available until 2PM, on request but is subject to availability.
What is your credit card policy?
Credit card details are taken at the time of booking for guarantee purposes. This is to guarantee your booking, in the event of a no show the card is charged.
Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room?? What do you offer?
Yes. We offer a range of amenities or gifts such as; flowers, chocolates, prosecco, champagne, beer. The can be requested via our reservations department in advance of your arrival.
What type of room should I book for three adults?
You should book a classic room with a double and a single bed or a classic room with two double beds to accommodate three adults.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes, our family rooms consist of two doubles and one single bed and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (under 12) or 3 adults.
Do you have cribs for children?
Yes, these can be requested at time of booking or from our front office team.
Are pets permitted?
No. Pets are not permitted in the hotel, excluding guide dogs, etc.
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we have six fully accessible and five semi-accessible rooms.

What are the restaurant opening hours and booking policies?
Morning Menu – 08:00 – 12:00
Lunch Menu – 12:00 – 17:00
Evening Menu – 17:00 – 22:00
Breakfast – 06:30 – 10:30 (6:30 – 11:00 on Sundays)

Please note that on event days we only take reservations from hotel residents, non-residents are welcomed on the day on a first come first served basis.
What is the hotel's policy on bookings in the bar?
We do not take table reservations for The Sideline, we operate on a first come first served basis.
Is a reservation for dinner required?
No a reservation for dinner is not required. It is strongly recommended on event days to avoid disappointment.
Does the hotel have a car park and is it included in the rate?
Yes, the hotel has a secure underground car park which is complimentary to guest who book directly through our team or on doylecollection.com/crokepark. Guests who book through online travel agents or other third parties are subject to charges: €2.50 per hour or a maximum of €20 per day.
What methods of public transport can I take to the hotel?
You can take the Dublin Bus, train or Dart to the hotel. All stops for the aforementioned are within walking distance of the hotel.
Are tickets for city tours available at the front desk?
Yes. The ‘Hop-On Hop-Off’ City Sightseeing bus tour tickets are available to purchase from our concierge. Our team can also assist you with booking any other tours, shows or restaurant reservations you might like to enjoy during your trip.
What is the distance to the city centre?
We are 1.7km from O’Connell Street, approximately 20 minutes walking.
How far is the hotel from the airport in a taxi?
The hotel is 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport, dependent on traffic.
Do you sell gift vouchers/gift cards?
Yes, e-vouchers can be purchased online or physical gift cards can be purchased directly from the hotel, in person or by phone. Details can be found here
