What time is check in/check out
Check-in is available from 3PM. Check-out is by 12PM.
Does the hotel provide early check-in?
Early check-in is available for DISCOVERY Black and Red Tier Members. See doylecollection.com/loyalty for more information.
Does the hotel provide late check-out?
Late check-out is available until 2PM, on request but is subject to availability.
Late check-out is available until 6PM subject to availability. Please note there is a 50% charge of your room rate for this facility.
Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?
The Guest Relations Team would be more than willing to arrange or offer amenities for your stay. Please notify the hotel in advance of your arrival.
Do you have cribs for children?
Yes, cribs are available on request. Please advise the hotel in advance of your arrival for the need for a crib.
What type of room should I book for three adults?
We suggest either a Family Suite or a Deluxe King with an additional bed.
Do you have family rooms?
We have a Family Room, located on the first floor.
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we have 6 classic rooms which are wheelchair accessible.
Please contact the hotel in advance should you require one of these rooms.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are not permitted with the exception of guide dogs
Does the hotel provide international adaptors?
We have sockets installed in all bedrooms which are for international plugs. Additionally we offer adaptors which can be purchased from our minibars.
What are the restaurant opening hours and booking policies?
Dalloway Terrace – 8AM to 10:30PM
Bookings are strongly recommended. Maximum number of guests per reservation is 6.
The Coral Room – 8AM to 12PM
Bloomsbury Club Bar – 5PM to 2AM
Is a reservation for dinner required?
Yes, reservations are strongly suggested for dinner.
What is the hotel's policy on bookings in the bar?
The Coral Room operates on a walk-in basis.
The Bloomsbury Club Bar. Bookings are recommended. However walk-ins are accommodated where possible

The hotel does not offer car parking or valet services, nearby car parks are available.
