Should you wish to make your stay with us extra special by ordering a bottle of champagne or a bouquet of flowers or a room upgrade, we would be delighted to organize this for you. Do you have cribs for children?

Yes, cribs are available on request. Please advise the hotel in advance of your arrival about the need for a crib. Please note that not all rooms are suitable for a crib or extra bed.

What type of room should I book for three adults?

We suggest from a Deluxe King room category upwards with an extra bed set up. Please advise the hotel in advance of your arrival about the need for an extra bed.

Do you have family rooms?

We have one Family Studio with two queen beds, interconnecting rooms with both Deluxe and Luxury Suites.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we have rooms which are wheelchair accessible.

Please contact the hotel in advance should you require one of these rooms.

Are pets permitted?

Guide dogs and small, well-behaved dogs are permitted at our hotels. Up to 7KG, however we judge this mainly based on breed. (Examples – Miniature Dachshund, Pekinese, Griffon Belge or Cavalier King Charles)

Does the hotel provide international adaptors?

Yes, these are available from Reception, subject to availability. 

Is a reservation for dinner required?

Yes, reservations are strongly suggested for dinner. Please see here for information on dining.

What is the hotel's policy on bookings in the bar?

We do not take bookings in for the 108 Bar, we operate on a first come first serve basis. Parties of more than 8 pax are allowed to make a booking.

Does the hotel have a car park and is it included in the rate?

There is no car park in the hotel.

There is parking available at Q Park, which is 5 – 10 mins walk from the hotel, located in Cavendish Square.

The Marylebone hotel guests will receive a preferential rate.

What methods of public transport can I take to the hotel?

The closest Underground stations are Bond Street (7 mins walking) serving The Central and Jubilee lines. Oxford Circus (11 mins walking) serving Bakerloo, Circle and Victoria Lines. Baker Street (13 mins walking) serving Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines.
