Hotel Accessibility

Located in the Marylebone Village neighbourhood of Central London, The Marylebone hotel prides itself in welcoming guests with the same warmth, comfort, and hospitality upon every visit and stay. As such, accessibility and inclusion are key priorities, and we strive to ensure guests' individual needs and requirements are addressed.

The Marylebone offers step free access from the street to every part of the hotel, including common areas, dining and bar outlets and the fitness facility. The hotel entrance features a ramp to accommodate wheelchair access and each floor of the building is also easily accessible by lift.

Several hotel rooms and suites at The Marylebone are specifically adapted with accessibility in mind. These spaces are all step-free with door frames designed to accommodate the width of a wheelchair for ease of access. Additionally, our designated accessible accommodations feature gracious bathrooms with grab rails at the toilet and lower-level cabinets for wheelchair access while steps for walk-in showers can be provided upon request. As a precaution, these showers are designed without a step at the threshold and emergency pull cords should you require urgent assistance.
